01 Purchasing of Originals
Purchasing of original artwork maybe made online via Paypal. For questions about a particular piece , please telephone or email the gallery (562.493.3323). The gallery administrator will respond promptly to your question. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Pacific Time and closed on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. Be certain to include your name, telephone number, and/or email address.
Payment will include shipping, handling, and insurance . The Michael Humphries Gallery accepts major credit cards through Paypal, the most secure way to purchase products online. For more information about the security of Papal, please click here.
Once payment has been authorized, the artwork is shipped immediately. The majority of shipping is handled by UPS. Shipping charges are included in the price of the artwork. Shipments travel fully-insured and you are not liable for artwork until it is in your possession.
02 Materials
For the majority of Michael's paintings he paints with watercolor, gouache, and or acrylic, which are all water based mediums. Michael paints on a high quality 100% rag, acid free water color board. For more information about the materials Michael uses please contact us.
03 Return of Originals
The Michael Humphries Gallery is committed to client satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, your may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange within fourteen days of receipt. Please telephone or email the gallery to notify of the return of the artwork. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs, but we wish to consult with you prior to shipment. Upon receipt of the artwork to The Michael Humphries Gallery in original condition, we will credit your account or issue a refund check. If you wish to return an item after the fourteen (14) day approval period, the gallery will issue a gallery credit equal to the amount of your original purchase. No returns or credits after thirty (30) days. Artworks specially commissioned by a client are exempt from the return policy.
04 Privacy Policy
The Michael Humphries Gallery does not sell, rent, trade or divulge any information about our visitors to third parties. Any information given is for the sole purpose of conducting business in relation to the gallery.
05 Prints
The Michael Humphries Gallery offers museum quality open edition fine art prints through Fine Art America. Through Fine Art America we are excited to announce that we can now offer to our clients museum quality paper prints that you can receive in a tube or framed! Our clients may also purchase canvas prints, acrylic prints, metal prints and greeting cards that will be on it's way in 2-3 business days.
